MS. Parsons
has degrees in B.A. Business Management, North
Carolina State University and a M.B.A. from the University
of Tennessee. At the University of Tennessee she was the
recipient of the James Gower Outstanding MBA Leadership
Award. Mrs. Parsons is currently a Ph.D. student at St.
Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She teaches
Foundations of Management, Team Dynamics, International
Management and Marketing Strategies and Entrepreneurship.
Her consulting experience and research interests align in
the areas of closely-held and family firm management,
organization and succession, and in gender in
organizations. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma honorary
society, the Academy of Management, and the Family Firm
Institute. |
