ResMaint - Maintenance Needs

The Maintenance Hotline is an e-mail system that allows residents to leave repair requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The hotline is checked by the staff several times daily, Monday through Friday. Work orders are issued and completed when a repair is needed or request for service is made. Routine maintenance requests should be completed within 24 hours. 

 

ResMaint is the "one-drop" point for all requests, inquiries, and problems related to Housing Operations including, but not limited to: maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, card access, mail, vending, furniture, and key problems.

 

Report any maintenance requests, questions, or necessary repairs to the Housing Operations Office by emailing resmaint@unca.edu

 

For emergencies or serious problems, contact Campus Police or the staff member on duty at 989-8752. If you have questions regarding the Maintenance Hotline or Housing Operations in general, contact the Director at 251-6700. Ask your Resident Assistant for further details or assistance.
