Friends Annual Giving

Your reasons for befriending UNC Asheville with your gift investment are broad and deep. Perhaps your close friend graduated recently. Maybe you watched a young person’s life change as he or she learned critical thinking skills. You may be impressed by the impact we have in the community. Perhaps there’s a program you support at another educational institution, and you want to sponsor a similar program here to add value.

Some 55 percent of students are eligible for financial aid, yet only 83 percent of that aid is funded. Your gifts support scholarships for students based on merit and need; scholarships that ensure more qualified students graduate and thrive.
