Faculty/Staff Giving

Of all the supporters to UNC Asheville, faculty and staff members are most intimately familiar with the needs of our students and our campus. You see the results when needs are met, and many times you bridge the gap by personally assisting students.

As a retired faculty or staff member, you should know that the number of students receiving and needing financial aid is growing quickly, and costs for tuition and books are also increasing. Add those realities to the recent state budget cuts, and you understand the difference your gift can make.

Make a financial investment in a student’s future with an annual contribution—it’s a simple process and one that provides immediate return on your investment. Your gifts help attract a diverse mix of students and provide resources for programs and departments.

You decide what department or program to support, give to an annual scholarship or make a gift to the Chancellor’s Excellence Fund. Then decide how you want to make your gift.

You can make your gift directly using the online gift site, by mail, phone, or stopping by our office. Current University employees can also contribute to the State Employees Combined Campaign which supports scholarships and the Chancellors Excellence Fund or through payroll deduction that allows you to choose as many gift designations as you desire.
