1. Timetable--We briefly discussed the timetable we had proposed at the last meeting. There was agreement that it would be difficult to meet the deadline of a model to the faculty before Spring Break, but the team felt that it was important to give it our best effort. The team expressed a willingness to hold a second meeting each week, either in the evening or on the weekend, if it were necessary.

2. Discussion of Models—Each group had been assigned to bring in models of a program as a way to start discussion. The Ruiz/McKnight and Katz/Konz teams presented their models first. The team discussed features held in common, and those that seemed to diverge. The Nelms/Hardy/Spencer and White-Carter/Krumpe teams will present next week.
