Faces of UNC Asheville
Hannah Pinkerton
“I fell in love with this place from my first visit. I wanted to branch off from what my friends were doing and. I didn’t have a strong idea of what liberal arts could mean. But after my freshman year, I realized all these connections between all the classes I was taking. My friends at other schools couldn’t just try out classes to see if they liked them. But here you can try different things before you declare a major. It makes you excited about learning. You get saturated in what you’re studying.”
