UNCA Faculty Senate established policies and forms
to be used when students travel off-campus for a
University-sponsored event such as a field trip.
The two required forms are the Student
Enrollment Agreement and the Medical
Authorization Form. Each form is to be
completed by each student prior to beginning their
travel and are located at:

Four Year Plans:
The
purpose of a four year plan is to assist the traditional
candidate in finishing both a degree in their major and
teacher licensure in a standard four year time frame.
