Ms. Kim Moore 
Secretary. A 1979 graduate of Haywood Community College with an Associate in Applied
Science in Secretarial Science, Ms. Moore began her career at
UNCA in 1982, first part-time, then assuming a full-time position in 1984.
Her entire time at UNCA has been spent with the Department of Economics.
In her spare time Ms. Moore enjoys being with her two Himalayan cats, Mimi and
Willow, and keeping busy with projects like refinishing her grandmother's circa
1930's furniture, reading, and collecting old documents. Her collection
includes documents from the Civil War and -- a particular favorite -- a document
hand written in Old English which dates back to 1803.
