v     Resume

v     Cover Letter

v     Transcripts

v     Licenses or Certifications

Resume, Cover Letter, Transcripts, & Licenses or Certifications = 40 points

v     Evidence of specific skill areas – Determine at least 3 different areas and place work samples/artifacts in appropriate areas (i.e., communication, initiative, leadership, writing, technology, public speaking, diversity awareness, adaptability)

v     Work Samples (i.e., class projects, items produced during related job or internship experience) Be sure to include at least three examples of work from your internship!

v     Community Service – any work samples/artifacts and letters available

v     Newspaper/newsletter articles/any other publication where your names and accomplishments are cited

v     Evidence of professional memberships and awards
