“Live with Intention, Passion and Purpose”

Monday, March 31, 4:00 – 6:00 pm
Highsmith Union 221

Adair Cates began her career as a motivational speaker and LifeSuccess Consultant after teaching Spanish in middle school and community college for five years.  Adair graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Journalism and Mass Communications and Spanish. She has a Master’s Degree in Spanish Education from Appalachian State University. She trained with philosopher and success guru Bob Proctor in October 2007 to become a LifeSuccess Consultant and also attended T. Harv Eker’s (author of #1 New York Times bestselling book Secrets of the Millionaire Mind) Peak Potential program “Train the Trainer,” to improve her natural ability to move and influence her audiences.  In her speeches, seminars and coaching sessions, Adair focuses on your ability to go within to manifest your desires. She believes that success is a choice that is available to all who accept it. Getting from where you are to where you want to be isn’t about pushing and working hard to achieve, but about going with the flow and intending and allowing the right people and events to come into your life.  She is the author of the book Live with Intention: Ten Steps to Creating the Life of Your Dreams, which guides readers to write big picture intentions for their lives.  Adair resides in Asheville, NC with her musician husband Chris and their two cats, Lionel and Wario.
