South Ridge Residence Hall is a substance free community. Substance free means the residents of the building agree to refrain from the use of alcohol and tobacco while inside the residence hall. Located on the south side of campus beside the Botanical Gardens at Asheville, this 112-bed facility opened in August 1994. Vehicle access is from Broadway and Campus Drive.
