TO SEE YOUR ADVISEE LISTING

1. Log into OnePort by clicking on the logo on the UNCA homepage

    or going to http://oneport.unca.edu

2. Click on the Faculty Services tab

3. Choose "Click Here to" under Academic Services

4. Click on "Click here to continue..."

5. Select the Faculty menu

6. Click on Advisee Listing and choose the current term when prompted

    to select a term. You should now see all your advisees that are active

    students this semester. If you are advising a student who is not enrolled this

    semester, you will need to go back and choose the advisee listing for the term

    in which that student was last enrolled. If the student was last enrolled before

    Fall 2005, please call the Advising & Learning Support Center at 828/251-6575

    to have that student added to your advisee list for the current term.

TO SEE YOUR ADVISEES REGISTRATION ACCESS NUMBERS

1. View your Advisee Listing for the current term.

2. Your advisees' RANs should show in the RAN column (the 5th from the left).

     From the Advisee Listing page, you can also view their student information

     (major/minor, class, etc), test scores, transcript (including currently enrolled

     courses), and holds.

TO EMAIL YOUR ADVISEES AS A GROUP

1. View your Advisee Listing for the current term.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click on "Email Your Advisees".
