Admissions Process for International Students
Estimated cost for a full-time international student attending UNC-Asheville for the 2010-2011 academic year is approximately $29,000. This includes tuition, fees, room, food, books, health insurance, at least one trip home and miscellaneous expenses. There are no UNC Asheville scholarships available to international students.
In order to study in the United States, international students must obtain a U.S. visa. The I-20 form required to obtain a student visa will be mailed to you after acceptance. UNC Asheville cannot release this form to you until you have been accepted and the university has received a notarized Affidavit of Support and bank statement or letter.

Transfer Recommendations (Adobe PDF Format)
International students who have attended a college or university in the U.S. are required to submit a Transfer Recommendation Form. The Form should be completed by the International Student Advisor at each U.S. school attended.
