Important Information

Driving Directions: Click here to access driving directions to the UNC Asheville campus.

Parking: We have two parking lots reserved just for Admitted Student Day. Those lots are located on Founders Drive off of W.T. Weaver Blvd. If coming off of Broadway, Founders Drive will be on your left. If coming from Merrimon Avenue, go through the traffic circle and Founders Drive will be on your right.

Dining: All admitted students will be provided a meal ticket to eat free in our University Dining Hall. Family members are welcome to join admitted students, but will have to cover the cost of their meal. Information on the cost of eating in the dining hall will be provided in your information packets.

Parent's Itinerary: Family members other than admitted students will have a different itinerary and will be issued that upon registering the morning of Admitted Student Day.

Registration: Registration for the event will take place in our Highsmith Student Union on the second floor. There will be admissions representatives stationed from the parking lots all the way to the registration table to help get you to the student union. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. and lasts until 9:30 a.m. Please try to arrive within that time frame. If you believe you are going to be late, please contact our admissions front desk by calling 828.251.6481.
