Mission Statement

Wellness Works- What faculty and staff have to say!

The Lighten Up 4 Life Grand Champion Team is Waist Management with an incredible 65 pound weight loss since January!  Team members include captain Tammy Huffman, Jim Eason, Donna Parsons and Bryan Schaffer. Way to go! Each member of the team will receive a $25 gift card to Greenlife Grocery, compliments of Human Resources.  In second place was the Sidekicks with a loss of 31 pounds and tied for third was the Late Bloomers and UNCA Weigh with a loss of 30 pounds.
