Sixty-one percent of University employees and student leaders participated in community conversations that helped build the UNC Asheville Strategic Plan, from the first forums in fall 2006 to the Board of Trustees meeting in February 2008. The information was collected and distilled by conveners, a think
tank and the University Planning Council, with vital contributions from
the Board of Trustees, Foundation Board of Directors, National Alumni
